The Healing Benefits of a Hug

Happy Tuesday and Remember to consider the remarkable power and scientific benefits that a simple hug can bring to our lives. Research has shown that a warm embrace can do wonders for our emotional and physical well-being. It has the ability to elevate our spirits, reduce stress, and even lower blood pressure.

When we share a hug, we strengthen our connections with others, creating a sense of belonging and support that is essential for our mental health. In times of difficulty or uncertainty, a heartfelt embrace can provide comfort and reassurance, reminding us that we are not alone.

So, as you interact with those around you—whether it’s a close friend, a family member, or a colleague—consider taking a moment to share a hug. Let that embrace be a reminder of the love that surrounds us and the bonds we share. By doing so, you not only uplift your own mood but also spread positivity and warmth to those in your life. Embrace the joy and comfort that a simple hug can bring!

Health is Wealth!

Greatness is Inside of YOU!❤️

Happy Saturday and Remember as you embrace this beautiful day, take a moment to reflect on the idea that everything you need to fulfill your purpose is already embedded within you. Your genes and DNA carry the blueprint for resilience, providing you with the strength and adaptability to navigate life’s challenges. Within you lies the innate ability to form connections, to coach and mentor others, and to foster your own growth as you stretch beyond your limits.

Trust the journey you are on, and recognize that life is not merely happening to you; it is unfolding for you. Every experience, whether joyful or challenging, serves a purpose in shaping who you are and guiding you toward your goals. Remember, you hold the power to influence your circumstances. You are the thermostat that sets the tone for your life, creating an environment that nurtures your dreams and aspirations, rather than just responding to external conditions like a thermometer.

Embrace your potential, and allow yourself to thrive in the knowledge that you possess everything necessary to succeed. Keep moving forward with confidence, knowing that the universe is conspiring in your favor. Enjoy the day ahead!

Front Row

Front Row Seat – Life is a theater so invite your audiences carefully. Not

everyone is holy enough and healthy enough to have a FRONT ROW

seat in our lives. There are some people in your life who need to be loved

from a distance. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you let go,

or at least minimize your time with draining, negative, incompatible,

not-going-anywhere relationships, friendships, fellowships and family!

Not everyone can be in Your FRONT ROW.

Observe the relationships around you. Pay attention to: Which

ones lift and which ones lean? Which ones encourage, and which ones

discourage? Which ones are on a path of growth uphill and which

ones are just going downhill? When you leave certain people, do you feel

better or feel worse? Which ones always have drama or don’t really

understand, know and appreciate you and the gift that lies within you?

Not everyone can be in Your FRONT ROW.

The more you seek God and the things of God, the more you seek

quality; the more you seek not just the hand of God but the face of God,

the more you seek things honorable; the more you seek growth, peace of

mind, love and truth around you, the easier it will become for you to

decide who gets to sit in the FRONT ROW and who should be moved to the

balcony of your life.

Everyone Can’t be in Your FRONT ROW.

You cannot change the people around you… but you can change the

people you are around! Ask God for wisdom and discernment and choose

wisely the people who sit in the FRONT ROW of your life. Remember

that FRONT ROW seats are for special and deserving people and those

who sit in your FRONT ROW should be chosen carefully.

Everyone Can’t be in Your FRONT ROW.

(I received this gift from Jennifer 20 years ago, thanks 🙂

Hope all enjoy)
